2️⃣ Pack Your Item – Securely package the product in its original packaging with all accessories.
3️⃣ Ship the Item – Send the package to our return address provided upon approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4️⃣ Processing – Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
3. Refund Process
If your return is approved:
✔ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
✔ If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
✔ Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you need a replacement, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a new item to be shipped.
5. Non-Returnable Items

7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow the return process.
